Kirari is a premium matcha made using the new variety "Kirari 31," which was developed by crossbreeding "Sakimidori" and "Saemidori" at the Miyazaki Prefecture Agricultural Experiment Station.
It is characterized by its strong umami and sweetness, as well as its excellent color and aroma.
