Closed-off tip or warped whisk can affect the usability, and the whisk in storage without protection can lead to a damage to its delicate pins.T o keep the flexible and delicate whisk head in its ideal "egg" shape, it is essential to keep the Chasen on a stand.
Storage Tips:
Matcha is super delicate, and should be stored airtight in cool, dry place and away from light to keep optimal freshness. We kindly ask you not to store in transparent containers.
Opened matcha should be used within 1 month. Unopened matcha can be kept in the fridge for 6 months. Anything beyond that time frame risks matcha deterioration in quality and taste.
